Offshore vs onshore. The offshore package includes visa lodgement support and is designed for people who haven't left home yet. The onshore package assumes you already hold the visa, or have already arrived, and just want the settling-in support.

A CRICOS-registered English college based in Sydney, built around a working holiday schedule rather than a full-time student one.

Structured preparation for the recognised tests, useful if your 462 passport requires functional English evidence, or you're planning ahead to a student visa.

How they connect

Two services, one platform, separate contracts

Pacific Center handles arrival, accommodation and employment support. Fluency Hub delivers English tuition. Migration Services, separately again, handles the visa itself. Each is contracted and invoiced independently, on purpose, so nothing about your visa depends on whether you buy a soft landing package or enrol in an English course, and vice versa.

FAQ

Do I need a soft landing package to get the visa

No. Migration Services handles the visa itself, entirely separately. A soft landing package is optional ground support once you're either about to travel or have arrived.

Can I study at Fluency Hub without a soft landing package

Yes. Enrolment at Fluency Hub is independent of Pacific Center's arrival services. Plenty of working holiday makers arrange their own accommodation and job search and just enrol for English.

What's the difference between the offshore and onshore packages

Offshore (A$990) includes visa lodgement support for people applying from home. Onshore (A$499) assumes you already hold the visa and just want arrival and settling-in support.

Is English tuition required for my visa

Only if your specific 462 passport requires evidence of functional English. The 417 has no English requirement at all. See the 462 eligibility page for which passports need it.

Pacific Center has offices in Sydney and on the Gold Coast. Fluency Hub is based in Sydney.
